As some of you may know the process of buying or selling a property successfully can depend on a number of external factors that you can have no influence over. In order to minimise the cost of our conveyancing service to you, if your sale or purchase does not take place, we can now offer you a Low Fee Guarantee Service starting at £50 plus VAT.

With the continuing success of JMS we have decided to strengthen our team with a new arrival, Ann. Ann brings a wealth of commercial and operational skills to the business and will further enhance and add value to our already dynamic team....Welcome on board!

JMS heralded the arrival of 2009 with a move to very smart offices in Cheadle Hulme, South Manchester. The location has very easy public transport access which has delighted our team although the abundance of nice sandwich bars and cafes hasn't really helped our New Years Resolutions to shift the Christmas excesses!

After much discussion with our accountant we have decided that JMS Solicitors is to become JMS Solicitors LLP, giving us a similar status to that of a limited company. This will make JMS Solicitors a solid legal entity in its own right, but doesn’t actually change anything about our work or how we do it – we’re still very good!

After more than 5 years in the same building, JMS Solicitors are saying goodbye to Seymour Grove and moving a mile down the road to 1 Lowry Plaza at Salford Quays. The real reason is of course that there is a Costa Coffee just next door! We are really looking forward to the move to the new swish offices ... and are ready to welcome all our clients with a coffee on arrival!

The move happens on 10th October 2008, business as usual.
